We are building GrowthYari to solve a critical problem: the gap between education, hiring readiness and employment.

Degrees and certificates alone don't always demonstrate whether someone can perform in a real workplace. We want to build the bridge between training institutions, candidates and employers.

What we're building An AI-powered career-readiness and microlearning platform that will help candidates:

- Assess their Career Capital: Intellectual, Social, Brand and Inner Capital
- Identify role-specific skill gaps through conversational assessments
- Learn through personalised, AI-enabled microlearning
- Build proof-of-work through practical assignments and business simulations
- Create evidence-backed profiles that employers can evaluate
- Connect with relevant employers and hiring opportunities

Our starting market is B.Com and BBA graduates pursuing sales, business development and other non-technical go-to-market roles.

Who I'm looking for

Someone who has built and shipped real products, preferably with experience in:

✅ EdTech, LMS or microlearning platform development

✅ Full-stack product architecture and development from scratch

✅ AI/ML integrations,



conversational AI or personalised learning systems

✅ Building assessment engines, learner dashboards or workflow-driven platforms

✅ Leading or collaborating with a team to take a product from idea to launch

✅ Making practical product decisions without overengineering an early-stage MVP

You don't need to have every skill listed, but you must be a robust builder with product judgement, ownership and a bias towards execution.

The opportunity

- Founder-level ownership and technical decision-making
- A product to build from zero, with room to shape its architecture and roadmap
- Prepared to invest up to ₹10 lakh in product development, subject to an agreed roadmap, budget and milestones
- No fixed salary at the initial stage
- Co-founder equity and vesting to be discussed transparently and formalised through the appropriate agreements

This is not a conventional salaried job. I'm looking for someone who wants to build a company, not just complete a development assignment. The role requires a realistic time commitment and shared responsibility for outcomes.
