You will work closely with the founders across strategy, operations, partnerships, marketing, and growth initiatives while learning how decisions are made and businesses scale.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Research

Assist the founding team with:

- Market research and competitor analysis
- Business opportunity identification
- Industry trend analysis
- Growth strategy brainstorming
- Preparing presentations and reports

Research emerging businesses, creator ecosystems, agencies, and digital trends. Support founders in evaluating new ideas and strategic initiatives.

Partnerships & Business Development

One of the key responsibilities of this role is helping expand DigiChakra360's strategic network and partnership ecosystem.

You will assist the founders in:

- Identifying potential agency, creator, and business partners
- Researching agencies across marketing, influencer marketing, events, PR, technology, and media sectors
- Initiating conversations and building relationships with agencies and collaborators
- Assisting in forming strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities
- Coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and partnership discussions
- Supporting cross-agency projects and co-marketing initiatives
- Exploring new business opportunities and ecosystem expansion
- Gain direct exposure to how partnerships are identified, negotiated, and nurtured within a growing business.

Operations & Execution

- Coordinate ongoing projects and internal workflows.
- Assist in managing timelines and deliverables.
- Track progress across multiple initiatives.
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency
- Ensure smooth execution of founder-led projects

Marketing & Growth

Assist with

- Social media and content initiatives
- Creator and influencer partnerships
- Brand collaborations
- Outreach campaigns
- Lead generation and growth experiments
- Campaign research and market analysis





Work alongside teams to understand how marketing campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized.

Reporting & Analysis

Maintain trackers and dashboards for:

- Business initiatives
- Marketing campaigns
- Partnerships
- Growth experiments
- Operational KPIs

Assist in preparing reports and founder updates.

Program Structure

Internship Phase (3 Months)

Location: Remote / Office Onsite (Colaba)

Duration: 3 Months
