? We’re Hiring | Founder’s Office Executive – PPI

Payomatix Payments Institute (PPI) is looking for an energetic, proactive, and result-oriented Founder’s Office Executive to join our growing team.

If you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are interested in lead generation, business development, and conversions, this could be a great opportunity for you.

? Location: Greater Noida

? Experience: 0–3 Years | Freshers are welcome

? Work Mode: In office

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calling with prospective leads
- Understand student requirements and communicate PPI’s programs effectively
- Qualify leads and convert potential prospects into opportunities
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong lead engagement
- Work towards lead conversion and business growth targets
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth conversion journey
- Support the Founder’s Office with growth initiatives, research, coordination, and other business priorities

What We’re Looking For:





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and conversion targets
- Proactive, self-motivated, and growth-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in EdTech, Inside Sales, Business Development, Counselling, Lead Generation, or Telecalling is preferred but not mandatory
