We’re hiring: Founder’s Associate — Operations & Content

We’re a luxury vegan self-care brand built around intentional rituals, everyday pauses and stepping out of life on autopilot. Through thoughtfully created products and storytelling, we invite people to slow down and reconnect with themselves.

We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate to work closely with our founder, Kanika Ahuuja - a beauty content creator and the founder of kimochii—across brand operations and her personal content platform.

This is a hands-on role for someone who brings structure to a busy day, anticipates next steps and takes responsibility for moving tasks from brief to completion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Maintain project timelines and task trackers, and follow up with vendors, agencies and external teams.
- Support the founder with schedules, meeting notes, correspondence and a clear view of pending priorities.
- Coordinate production updates, samples, packaging requirements and couriers.
- Prepare creative references, products, props and shot lists; assist during filming and organise content files.
- Research vendors, tools and options, presenting concise findings and recommendations.
- Build simple processes that reduce repetitive work and keep day-to-day operations organised.
- Use spreadsheets, Canva and AI tools to support research, planning and execution.
- If you have social media experience, support scheduling and publishing approved content across the brand and founder’s accounts.



This is a plus, not a requirement.

WHO YOU ARE

- You take ownership and follow through without repeated reminders.
- You anticipate what’s needed, resolve routine issues and flag important problems early.
- You’re organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- You communicate clearly in English and Hindi.
- You’re resourceful, curious and comfortable with both desk work and hands-on shoot support.
- You handle confidential information with discretion.
- You can reliably commute to our Faridabad studio.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Previous experience in operations, project coordination, founder support, an agency or content production is preferred. Demonstrated initiative and execution matter more than your previous title.

Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets, email, calendars and shared folders is essential. Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, Claude or social media publishing tools is a plus. An interest in beauty, self-care and brand building would also be welcome.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Direct collaboration with the founder, hands-on exposure to building a self-care brand and creator business, and room to take on greater responsibility as you demonstrate capability.
