We are looking for a highly driven Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the Founder & CEO on strategic initiatives, business execution, leadership coordination, and organisational growth.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- CEO’s Office and Strategic Execution
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO on high-priority business initiatives.
- Track strategic decisions, action items, deadlines, and deliverables across departments.
- Prepare meeting briefs, executive summaries, presentations, and decision notes.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to ensure timely execution of the CEO’s priorities.
- Business Strategy and Research
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry intelligence.
- Research defence technology, emerging technologies, government initiatives, and business opportunities.
- Develop structured reports and data-backed recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Support new business initiatives, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Business Operations and Project Management
- Monitor cross-functional projects and maintain execution trackers.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in developing SOPs, dashboards, review formats, and management reports.




- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability and timely completion of tasks.
- Investor Relations and Strategic Partnerships
- Assist in preparing investor presentations, business proposals, and partnership documents.
- Research potential investors, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Support fundraising activities, leadership meetings, industry events, and institutional engagements.
- Leadership Communication and Special Projects
- Prepare briefing notes, speeches, talking points, and executive communications.
- Support priority assignments involving business development, hiring, operations, and organisational strategy.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion.
