Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, disciplined, and child-friendly Football Coach with a minimum AIFF D Licence or an equivalent recognised coaching qualification. The ideal candidate should have the ability to coach young children, manage groups effectively, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate football training sessions.

The coach will be responsible for developing players’ fundamental football skills while ensuring a safe, encouraging, and enjoyable learning environment.

Key Responsibilities.

- Plan and deliver structured football training sessions for young children and developing players.
- Teach fundamental skills, including passing, dribbling, ball control, shooting, movement, and coordination.
- Develop age-appropriate training plans based on players’ abilities and learning levels.
- Maintain discipline while creating a fun, inclusive, and motivating training setting.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and active participation of all players during sessions.
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual development.
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and respect.




- Communicate professionally with parents and academy management regarding player progress and training requirements.
- Maintain attendance records, training schedules, and basic player development reports.
- Follow academy protocols, child safeguarding guidelines, and health and safety standards.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Mandatory: Minimum AIFF D Licence or an equivalent recognised football coaching qualification; higher licences are welcome.
- Prior experience coaching children or youth players is preferred.
- Strong understanding of football fundamentals, coaching methods, and player development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and group-management skills.
- Patience and the ability to engage children across different age groups and skill levels.
- Professional, punctual, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the training schedule.
