Role Description The Financial Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and performance. This role includes managing budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.

The Financial

Director will guide investment decisions, assess financial risks,



and provide strategic insights to support business growth and operational efficiency. Daily tasks involve leading the finance team, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, coordinating with auditors, and optimizing internal controls and financial systems. The role also requires close collaboration with senior leadership to align financial objectives with HPIPL’s long-term vision and expansion plans.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Finance, with demonstrated experience in corporate financial management and strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting, resource allocation, and long-term financial modeling.
- Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data, evaluate performance metrics, and support data-driven recommendations.
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Indian tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CFA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent relevant degree.
- Experience in infrastructure, manufacturing, or technology-driven companies is an advantage.
