Analyst – Investor Relations & Outreach

Right Pillar Advisors is a transaction advisory firm that helps high-growth companies raise capital from institutional investors and family offices. We’re looking for an Analyst to manage investor communication across our live mandates.

What you’ll do

- Reach out to our existing investor network (PE/VC funds, family offices) with live fundraise mandates
- Write transparent, context-rich emails that match each opportunity to the right investor
- Maintain the CRM: log every interaction, track follow-ups, and keep pipelines current
- Work with the internal data room team to prepare and share materials investors ask for
- Coordinate investor–founder calls and manage scheduling across both sides

What we’re looking for





- Excellent written business English (emails are the core of this role)
- Ability to read company financials (P&L;, balance sheet, key metrics) and pull out what matters to an investor
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple deals at once
- Background in finance, commerce, or economics preferred (CA/CFA/MBA candidates welcome)
