Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support Royale Impex’s operations and growth. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, monitoring costs, managing working capital, and supporting decision-making with data-driven financial insights.

The Finance

Manager will ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation regulations, and internal controls, working closely with auditors and external partners where needed. Daily responsibilities include supervising accounting functions,



reviewing reconciliations, managing payables and receivables, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

- Candidates should possess solid expertise in accounting practices, financial reporting, and reconciliation, along with familiarity with relevant ERP or accounting software.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation, regulatory compliance, and internal controls, with experience coordinating audits and statutory filings.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in cost management, inventory finance, and profitability analysis, ideally within manufacturing, trading, or building materials sectors.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce are required; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in a finance, preferably in manufacturing, construction or marble industry.
- Knowledge of import and export documentation is a plus.
