We are hiring a hands-on Finance Head / CFO with a core-finance background, strong risk-management skills and a clear understanding of cash flow and credit cycles. Risk analysis or credit-risk experience is strongly preferred.
What you will do
- Assess exporter financials, repayment capacity and working capital needs.
- Analyse cash flow cycles, credit cycles and financing risks.
- Build practical risk assessments and monitor early signs of repayment stress.
- Bring financial discipline to capital planning and business decisions.
- Work with the business team to balance growth with sound risk management.
What we are looking for
- Up to 5-6 years of relevant experience in core finance.
- Strong financial analysis, risk management, cash flow and credit-cycle understanding.
- Education from a tier-1 institution such as SRCC, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, ISB or a comparable institution.
- Transparent thinking, ownership and the ability to explain financial risks.
