Senior Finance Manager – Strategic Finance & Business Turnaround

DSNA Agro Foods is seeking an experienced and commercially minded finance professional to strengthen its financial management, improve working capital efficiency and support sustainable business growth.

We are looking for a finance leader who goes beyond routine accounting and brings robust analytical capabilities, financial discipline and strategic decision-making skills to the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Develop and monitor rolling cash-flow forecasts and working capital plans.
- Analyse customer-wise, product-wise, order-wise and business-unit profitability.
- Establish robust costing and margin analysis for IQF, retort, job-work and export operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operating margins, reduce costs and optimise cash conversion.
- Monitor receivables, inventory, supplier liabilities and fund utilisation.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on loan documentation, financial proposals and debt-management planning.
- Support management in preparing financial recovery plans, evaluating funding requirements and assessing repayment capacity.
- Build financial models to evaluate new customers, contracts, capital expenditure and business expansion opportunities.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, MIS,



reporting systems and financial discipline.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and operational teams to translate financial analysis into actionable business decisions.
- Coordinate with the existing accounts team, statutory auditors, tax advisers and other professional advisers.

Candidate Profile

- CA / CMA qualified preferred; MBA Finance or equivalent qualifications with substantial relevant experience will also be considered.
- 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing or export-oriented businesses.
- Demonstrated expertise in working capital management, cash-flow forecasting, costing and financial analysis.
- Practical experience in bank finance, debt management and lender coordination.
- Strong command of Excel, financial modelling, MIS and management reporting.
- Experience in business turnaround, stressed working capital or financial restructuring will be a significant advantage.
- Strong commercial judgement, analytical thinking, communication and leadership skills.
