Role Description The Finance Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhidham.

The Finance

Associate will support daily finance operations, including assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely financial reporting. This role will involve analyzing financial data to support decision-making, monitoring expenses and revenues, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Associate will collaborate with hotel operations and management teams to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and provide clear financial updates and insights. The individual in this role will also help streamline finance processes and contribute to continuous improvement of financial controls and documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to interpret and apply financial principles in a hospitality setting.
- Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and supporting Financial Reporting activities.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and support operational and strategic decisions.
- Effective Communication skills to present financial information clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software; familiarity with hotel or hospitality systems is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in hospitality finance or hotel accounting is preferred but not mandatory.
