Role Description The Sales Specialist will identify and engage prospective merchants and customers, explain Paytm’s products and services, and support onboarding and activation.
Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing users, resolving basic service-related questions, and sharing feedback from the field with internal teams.
The role also involves conducting product demonstrations, providing training on Paytm tools and features, and meeting assigned sales and performance targets while following company compliance and reporting processes.
Qualification
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with merchants and customers.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to drive acquisition, retention, and achievement of targets.
- Experience in Training, especially in explaining digital products and guiding users through onboarding.
- Basic understanding of digital payments or financial services; prior field sales or fintech experience is an advantage
- Comfort with using mobile apps and digital tools; proficiency in local language
- Minimum higher secondary education;
