Job Responsibilities

- Visit customers for technical discussions, requirement analysis, and product demonstrations.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including product presentations, demonstrations, and solution recommendations.
- Provide post-sales technical support, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer training.
- Assist in the integration, testing, and deployment of hardware and software-based engineering solutions.
- Support customer queries related to Data Acquisition (DAQ), instrumentation, measurement systems, and engineering applications.
- Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams to ensure effective customer support.
- Travel to customer locations across West Bengal, Eastern India, and other assigned regions as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE),



Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (EIE), or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Valuable communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and technical assignments.
- Ability to learn new technologies and work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of LabVIEW will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of electrical/electronic instruments, sensors, DAQ systems, and measurement techniques.
- Familiarity with programming, automation, or laboratory equipment will be beneficial.

Salary & Probation

- Salary: As per industry standards.
- Probation Period: Salary will be reviewed and revised after successful completion of the probation period, based on performance and company policy.
