About BrugoBrugo is building a platform that simplifies home repair and renovation by connecting customers with trusted professionals, local suppliers and quality materials.

We're expanding our network across Gurugram and are looking for Field Onboarding Associates to help local shops, suppliers and home-service professionals get started on Brugo.

What is this role about?This is a hands-on field role suitable for freshers and candidates who enjoy travelling, meeting people and getting things done on the ground.

Your job is to visit assigned areas, introduce Brugo to local businesses and professionals, help them register on the platform, and collect the necessary information.

You'll receive transparent instructions and guidance from the team. You don't need prior experience in sales or business development - a willingness to learn, communicate and follow a process is what matters most.

What you'll do

- Travel across assigned areas of Gurugram and visit local shops, suppliers and service professionals.
- Introduce Brugo and explain how they can join the platform.
- Help interested partners complete their registration.
- Collect basic business details, service information and required documents.
- Help partners add their products or services to Brugo.
- Record daily visits and onboarding progress using simple forms or Google Sheets.
- Follow up with partners and share updates with the team.





Who should apply?This role is ideal for:
- Freshers and recent college graduates who are comfortable with fieldwork.
- Candidates looking to start their careers in field operations or partner onboarding.
- People with experience in delivery, courier services, field collection, retail visits or other on-ground jobs.
- Candidates who are comfortable speaking with shopkeepers, suppliers and working professionals.
- People who can follow instructions, maintain records and complete assigned tasks independently.

You should be comfortable with:

- Travelling across Gurugram every working day.
- Meeting new people and approaching local businesses in person.
- Using a smartphone to fill forms, upload documents and update records.
- Working outdoors and meeting daily activity targets.

A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred. No prior sales, business development or technical experience is required.
