Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, conducting field visits, generating leads, acquiring new customers, and building long-term professional relationships with commercial establishments.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote (Guwahati, Assam)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular field visits to identify and approach potential business customers.
- Generate new business leads among hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hostels, hospitals, canteens, industries, institutions, and other commercial establishments.
- Present the company's products and services to prospective clients and explain the available offerings and commercial terms.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and convert prospects into active business accounts.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and conversions.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets for expansion.
- Undertake local travel and fieldwork as required for business development.

Eligiblity & Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, FMCG, business development, or client acquisition will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork, customer visits, and local travel.
- A valid driving licence and access to a two-wheeler will be an added advantage.
