Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager – Events to own and execute Workhall's event marketing strategy across key global markets, with a strong focus on North America, Europe, and Australia. This role is specifically focused on events and field marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience planning and executing B2B technology events in large IT services, enterprise technology, or product companies, with exposure to organizations such as Accenture, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Zoho, Freshworks, or similar companies.

You will manage Workhall's participation in conferences, trade shows, executive roundtables, partner events, webinars, and other field marketing programs—from identifying the right opportunities through execution, lead follow-up, and ROI measurement.

What You Will Do

- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Workhall's global events and field marketing programs.
- Identify and evaluate conferences, trade shows, executive roundtables, industry forums, and sponsorship opportunities relevant to Workhall's ICP.
- Manage events across North America, Europe, Australia, India, and other strategic markets.
- Develop event plans covering objectives, target audience, budgets, sponsorships, booths, branding, speakers, logistics, attendee acquisition, and post-event follow-up.
- Work closely with Sales to identify target accounts and prospects for each event and drive pre-event outreach and meeting generation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors for booths, collateral, AV, venue, travel, branding, and event production.
- Manage executive and speaker participation, including session coordination, briefing materials, and event schedules.
- Plan and execute Workhall-hosted CXO roundtables, dinners, partner events, webinars, and customer events.
- Build structured pre-event, during-event, and post-event engagement programs.
- Ensure event leads are captured,



qualified, and handed over to Sales with clear follow-up ownership.
- Track event performance including registrations, attendance, meetings generated, leads, opportunities, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- Maintain a global calendar of relevant events and recommend where Workhall should attend, exhibit, speak, sponsor, or host.
- Manage event budgets and continuously improve cost effectiveness and event ROI.

What We Are Looking For

Skills & Experience

- 8 - 10 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, B2B events, or experiential marketing.
- Strong preference for candidates from large IT services, enterprise technology, or B2B product companies.
- Experience managing technology events in North America, Europe, and/or Australia is essential.
- Demonstrated experience managing large conferences, trade shows, executive events, roundtables, and sponsored events.
- Experience working closely with enterprise Sales teams on account targeting, meeting generation, lead handoff, and pipeline creation.
- Strong vendor, agency, sponsorship, and budget management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple international events simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of event performance metrics and ROI measurement.

Mindset & Work Style Highly organized, execution-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working under tight deadlines. The candidate should be equally comfortable managing detailed event logistics and discussing pipeline impact with Sales and Marketing leadership.
