Role Description The Fashion Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role involves advising clients on wedding fashion, styling outfits, and helping them select garments and accessories that align with their preferences, budgets, and event themes.

The Fashion

Consultant will provide personalized consultations, explain product features, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends and designer collections. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers in-store,



coordinating fittings, collaborating with sales and design teams, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining visual merchandising standards and supporting promotional events as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of wedding fashion, fabrics, cuts, and designer collections.
- Demonstrated expertise in Fashion Consulting and personal styling for diverse clients and occasions.
- Effective Communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional interpersonal interaction.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a client-centric approach and attention to detail.
- Experience in Sales, including upselling, cross-selling, and meeting store targets.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or wedding fashion is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak wedding seasons.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is an advantage.
