Job Summary
We are looking for an ITI-qualified Facility Maintenance Technician to manage maintenance activities at factories, offices, and project sites, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall site maintenance and coordinate daily facility requirements.
- Handle electrical faults, appliances, AC and compressor issues.
- Coordinate basic civil repairs and other site maintenance work.
- Arrange required maintenance materials and coordinate with local vendors and technicians.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and proper site upkeep.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: ITI in Electrician, Fitter, RAC, or a related trade.
- Relevant experience in facility, factory, office, or site maintenance preferred.
- Practical knowledge of electrical, AC, compressor, and basic civil maintenance.
- Positive coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Local candidates from Delhi and Mumbai preferred.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week with occasional extended hours.
