Role Description The Export Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing end-to-end export operations for fresh produce shipments. The role includes preparing and verifying export documentation, coordinating with logistics providers and shipping lines, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements. Daily activities involve organizing dispatch schedules, tracking ocean shipments, liaising with customers and internal teams on order status,



and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.

The Export

Coordinator will also support quality and cold-chain teams to ensure that packing, labeling, and documentation align with destination standards and client specifications. This role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Export processes, including preparation of invoices, packing lists, certificates, and regulatory forms.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for coordinating with international clients, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Ocean freight operations, including booking shipments, tracking containers, and understanding basic incoterms and transit requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in export coordination, preferably in fresh produce or FMCG, along with robust organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office and email communication, is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain accuracy under time constraints, and adhere to compliance and quality standards is essential.
