Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Executive – EUIN NISM Certification and MIS Coordinator. The role involves coordinating and tracking EUIN and NISM certifications, ensuring timely renewals, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate certification records. The Executive will manage MIS (Management Information System) activities, including compiling, updating, and analyzing data related to certifications, training, and sales staff, and preparing regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.





Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with internal teams and external institutions for certification processes, resolving data or documentation discrepancies, and supporting audits and compliance reviews. The role may also involve assisting in process improvements for certification tracking, maintaining document repositories, and supporting management with ad hoc data requests.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong data management and reporting skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MIS tools, and basic data analysis.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of NISM and EUIN certification processes, mutual fund industry basics, and regulatory compliance practices.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and coordination skills to handle multiple certification timelines, documentation, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams, certification bodies, and management.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of integrity when managing certification and compliance data.
- A graduate degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in mutual funds, BFSI, or compliance/MIS roles will be an advantage.
