Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end event operations for corporate events and special projects.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Hotel, Artist, vendors, production teams and internal creative teams for event planning and execution.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare detailed cost sheets, budgeting, vendor negotiations and on-site event management.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Ensure smooth on-ground logistics, setups and manpower management.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Create timelines and checklists to ensure flawless execution of events.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Handle regulatory approvals, permissions and documentation wherever necessary.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Maintain strong client servicing support during the operational phase of events.

•⁠ ⁠Post-event closure: vendor settlements, feedback reports and documentation.

Candidate Profile





•⁠ ⁠Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in Admin/Event Operations (preferably in event agencies or experiential marketing).

•⁠ ⁠⁠Hands-on experience with production planning, logistics management and vendor coordination.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to work under tight deadlines, adaptable to working long hours on event days.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong organisational and communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Should be Mumbai-based or willing to relocate.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Immediate joiners preferred

Skills Required

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Excel

•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

•⁠ ⁠⁠Eye for detail in production and logistics planning.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Client-facing attitude and team player spirit.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Problem-solving and crisis management abilities during events
