Force Intellect is looking for an ERP Project Manager with 10–15 years of experience who can take end-to-end ownership of ERP implementation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, ensure timely deliveries.

Key Skills Required

- Experience: 10–15 years of overall professional experience, with substantial experience managing ERP implementation projects and knowledge of project management methodologies
- ERP Implementation Expertise: Good understanding of ERP implementation phases, business requirements, configuration, customization, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing business processes
- Portfolio Management: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, competing priorities, deadlines, and resource dependencies.
- Delivery Ownership: Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion within agreed timelines.
- Client Communication: Solid stakeholder management, expectation setting, follow-up, negotiation, and issue-resolution skills.
- Team Building & Coordination: Experience building high-performance teams and managing project teams, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Project Management & Reporting: Proficiency in preparing project plans, execution, monitoring and controlling,



risk registers, status reports, and management dashboards.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify bottlenecks, evaluate risks, and drive timely corrective action.
- Execution Discipline: Strong ownership, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to ensure that commitments are fulfilled.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders.
- Tools: Working knowledge of MS Excel and project planning or tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Redmine, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple ERP implementation projects from planning to go-live and closure, ensuring timely delivery within agreed scope and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients for requirements, deliveries, approvals, testing, UAT, sign-offs, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Consultants, Developers, QA, and Support teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, resources, cost, risks, and milestones; resolve bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, documentation, and regular management reports.
- Ensure client satisfaction, smooth project closure, and handover to Support.

Added Advantage

- Experience in manufacturing ERP, particularly Steel, Chemical, Engineering, or Fabrication.
- Project Management certification.
