Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Equity Dealer to handle clients’ equity trading requirements, execute orders efficiently, monitor market movements, and provide timely market-related support while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute buy and sell orders in equity markets on behalf of clients.
- Handle client calls and provide assistance regarding trade execution and market-related queries.
- Monitor market movements, stock prices, volumes, and relevant market news.
- Provide clients with general market updates and information within the scope of company policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely order placement and trade confirmation.
- Maintain proper records of client transactions and communications.
- Coordinate with the operations, compliance, and relationship management teams.
- Follow all applicable SEBI, NSE, BSE, and company compliance guidelines.




- Ensure proper KYC and client documentation processes are followed.
- Monitor pending orders, positions, and trade-related issues.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with clients.
- Support the team in achieving business and client-service objectives.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of equity markets and stock-market terminology.
- Understanding of NSE/BSE trading and order types.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced market environment.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of trading terminals and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order execution.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- NISM/NCFM certification in relevant modules will be an advantage..

Preferred Candidate

- A candidate with experience in equity dealing, stock broking, trading terminals, and client servicing will be preferred..
