We are looking for an experienced Erlang Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Erlang/OTP, concurrent programming, and distributed backend systems. The ideal candidate will help build scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant applications.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Erlang.
- Build scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant backend systems.
- Develop concurrent and distributed applications using Erlang/OTP.
- Work with OTP behaviours, including GenServer, Supervisor, and Application.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Work with databases, messaging systems, and distributed architectures.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions,



and deployment activities.

? Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Erlang programming.
- Good understanding of Erlang/OTP and OTP behaviours.
- Experience with concurrent and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of fault-tolerant and highly available application design.
- Experience with REST APIs and backend service development.
- Understanding of database concepts and data modelling.
- Robust debugging, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux, and software development best practices.
