Qualifications

- Strong Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD skills, including tenant configuration, conditional access, MFA, SSO, and role-based access control.
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM), identity lifecycle management, and integration with directory services such as Active Directory.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Security tooling (e.g., Defender, Sentinel) and their integration with Entra ID for monitoring and incident response.
- Understanding of security best practices, zero trust architecture, and regulatory or compliance frameworks relevant to identity management.
- Proficiency in scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, Terraform) for managing and scaling identity configurations.
- Ability to analyze, document,



and improve identity workflows, access policies, and security configurations for diverse client environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Security Engineer, or similar are highly beneficial.
- Experience in consulting or skilled services, especially within healthcare, finance, government, or technology sectors, is a plus.
