Role Description This is a full time, on-site English Tutor role based in Bengaluru.

The English

Tutor will conduct individual and group classes, following the organization’s curriculum while adapting lessons to learners’ levels and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, teaching core English skills, guiding learners through practice activities, and providing constructive feedback on speaking, writing, and grammar. The tutor will assess learner progress, maintain basic records of performance,



and collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching methods and materials.

The role may also involve occasional participation in workshops, demo sessions, and internal training to continually improve instructional quality.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in English Teaching and Tutoring, with the ability to support diverse learner profiles.
- Proficiency in English Grammar and clear, structured explanation of concepts.
- Effective Communication skills for delivering lessons, giving feedback, and engaging learners.
- Experience or familiarity with Online Tutoring platforms and digital teaching tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience as an English tutor or trainer in classroom or coaching center settings is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage schedules responsibly, and maintain a professional learning environment.
- Patience, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-focused approach to teaching.
