Job Title: Engineer – ECM (CMOD, Alfresco, Platform)

We are seeking an experienced ECM Engineer and Architect with expertise in IBM CMOD, Alfresco, and related ECM platforms. The ideal architect candidate will lead enterprise content management solution design, architecture, and implementation across large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end ECM solutions (CMOD, Alfresco, .)

Define system and integration architectures for enterprise environments

Lead technical design, architecture reviews, and best practices adoption

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define ECM strategy and roadmap

Guide development teams and ensure architectural compliance

Support pre-sales and solution proposal activities

Skills Required

Strong expertise in IBM CMOD, Alfresco.

Experience in ECM solution , content migration, and integration

Proficiency in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP APIs, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Knowledge of document workflow, metadata, and content lifecycle management

Experience with digital transformation and modernization projects

Hybrid role 4 days WFO

Immediate- serving NP preferred.
