Role Description We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers, driving technical excellence while fostering a cooperative, high-performing culture. You will own the delivery of key products and platform initiatives, balancing hands-on technical guidance with people leadership. This role reports to the Director/VP of Engineering and partners closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications

- 7-9 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Business Analysis, or Digital Platform roles.
- Proven experience building and launching customer-facing digital products in B2B, B2C, or platform businesses.
- Demonstrated success delivering products that drive measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, conversion improvement, retention, or operational efficiency.
- Experience working in global or multi-market environments with diverse customer segments and varying business requirements.Experience in Travel, Visa Services, Mobility, FinTech, E-commerce, SaaS, Marketplace, Logistics, or similarly complex operational domains preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Own product strategy, roadmap, execution, and business outcomes for assigned B2B and B2C digital products across the global visa, mobility, and travel ecosystem.
- Identify, validate,



and deliver revenue-generating product opportunities by combining customer insights, market understanding, operational realities, and business priorities.
- Apply first-principles thinking to solve customer, business, regulatory, and operational challenges across multiple geographies.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management including discovery, requirements definition, prioritisation, development, launch, adoption, and optimisation.
- Define success metrics and actively monitor product performance across revenue, conversion, engagement, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other ancillary teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Translate business problems into well-structured product requirements, user journeys, experimentation plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive product discovery through market research, user data analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Own product launches, GTM readiness, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch performance reviews and reporting for stakeholder communication.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI enablement, platform scalability, and operational efficiency in a feasible and viable manner.
- Balance short-term delivery goals with long-term product vision and technical sustainability.
- Continuously monitor travel-tech, mobility-tech, fintech, e-commerce, and digital platform trends to identify future growth opportunities.
