Accountable & Responsible for:

- Assist in Preparation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD)
- Review of the Technical offer and P&IDs; for compliance as per URS.
- Prepare the process flow path mark-up and the process requirement.
- Discuss and Prepare comment response sheets of P&ID;
- Assist in Defining Process Parameters
- Identifying, Listing and line sizing the required Equipment & Components (BOM - as per application)
- Prepare, Finalize & Transmit Equipment Process Datasheet
- Prepare & Finalize Specification & Datasheet for new Component enquiry, if needed
- Prepare & finalize the line sizing and component sizing as per application
- Assist to Finalize Hazardous Area Classification, if applicable
- Ensure correct ASME BPE compliances

4. Filter housing Selection & Sizing
5. Spray Ball Selection & Sizing
6. Control Valve Selection & Sizing
7. Magnetic Mixer Selection & Sizing
8. Top-entry Agitator Selection (including Type of Impellers & Motor HP rating)
9. Insulation Selection & Sizing
10. Utility requirement Calculation (including Specification and Type of Utilities)
11. Pump Hydraulics Calculations & Selection

- Analysis & Finalization of current Component offers (both Technical & Commercial)
- Prepare & Finalize P&ID;, taking into consideration all comments from TSS & Projects
- Handover Process Datasheet & BOM to Projects for ERP entry & procurement
- Discuss & Finalize Vendor inputs for the internal 2D & 3D Team
- Prepare final Datasheet for BOM and transmit to the Project Team for updating in ERP
