Favcy Venture Builders focuses on co-building purpose-led ventures through a combination of operational expertise, strategic investment, and structured market validation. The organization partners with founders to refine business models, test product–market fit, and accelerate growth. By integrating capital with hands-on venture-building support, Favcy helps early-stage companies de-risk and scale more efficiently.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi, where the Investment Associate will support end-to-end investment activities and work closely with a diverse portfolio of startups across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell Founder’s Office to startup founders: build your pipeline from inbound Accelerator applications and your own outreach, run discovery calls, handle objections and close founders on the right commercial model.
- Onboard each founder in Favcy Dataroom, agree the 12-month plan, and act as their named Founder Buddy, delivering 30 investor, 30 customer/partner and 30 expert approaches plus 12 senior company reviews.




- Keep data rooms, decks and investor updates current, quality-check all AI-drafted work, and report pipeline, closures and delivery status to the Vertical Lead.

Essential:

- 1-3 years in startups, VC, an accelerator/incubator, a founder’s office, investment banking or consulting, with proof you’ve closed a sale, partnership, mandate or fundraise.
- Working knowledge of the Indian startup ecosystem and fundraising, enough financial literacy to read a pitch deck, financial model and unit economics, and transparent, confident communication with founders and investors.
- Discipline to run about 10 accounts at once, plus comfort with AI tools, Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.

Good to Have:

- An existing network of founders, angels or VCs.
- Experience in consultative selling or high-value services.
- Experience building data rooms, pitch decks or investor updates.
