We’re looking for a performance-driven Email Marketing Specialist who can create compelling campaigns, optimize customer journeys, and turn campaign insights into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize promotional, newsletter, and transactional email campaigns.
- Develop automated customer journeys, including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back campaigns.
- Manage audience segmentation, database hygiene, and subscriber engagement.
- Monitor email deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.




- Track campaign performance and measure revenue impact using Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and ESP dashboards.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or D2C retail.
- Knowledge of email automation, campaign analytics, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills.
- Experience with Netcore Smartech / CEE or similar automation platforms will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with omnichannel marketing, including WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications, is a plus.
