Role Description The Email Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and retention for Engix’s products and services.

The Email Marketing

Manager will design email workflows, segment audiences, manage subscriber lists, and ensure accurate tracking of campaign performance. Daily responsibilities include creating email content and templates, coordinating with marketing and sales teams on campaign goals, analyzing metrics such as open rates and conversions, and running A/B tests to improve results.



The role also involves maintaining email marketing tools, ensuring compliance with data protection and anti-spam regulations, and continuously refining strategies based on performance insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Marketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to build and manage scalable email workflows.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing to align email campaigns with broader brand and growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess focused expertise in Lead Generation to design campaigns that drive qualified prospects and support the sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess the ability to analyze email campaign data, report insights clearly, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Relevant experience in email campaign tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms) and basic HTML for email templates is beneficial.
