About the role

As an Educational Counsellor, you will guide students and their families in choosing the right courses, universities and study destinations based on their academic background, interests and career goals. You will be a trusted advisor throughout the student’s study-abroad journey.

Key responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities, courses, and universities.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, cold calling, and lead follow-ups.
- Respond to student queries via calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email.
- Provide information on admissions, intakes, fees, and eligibility requirements.
- Assist students with applications, documentation, and admission procedures.
- Guide students on visa processes, accommodation, and pre-departure support.
- Maintain student records and update lead status in the CRM.




- Coordinate with university partners and internal teams.
- Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional events.
- Achieve counselling, follow-up, and student conversion targets.

Who we’re looking for

- 2-4 years of experience in overseas education consulting or academic advising
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling or a related field (a master’s is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of global academic pathways and admission processes
- Excellent spoken and written communication and active listening
- Ability to build trust and give honest, unbiased guidance
- Training or experience in career counselling is a plus
- Comfortable with CRM systems and online platforms
- Able to handle multiple student cases in a fast-paced setting and meet timelines

Job details

- Location: On-site, Noida
- Employment type: Full-time
- Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Working days: Monday to Friday, weekends off
