Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing Frozynova’s online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility across marketplaces and the brand’s own website.

The Ecommerce

Specialist will monitor performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and overall online revenue. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, handling customer inquiries related to online orders,



ensuring accurate product information, and supporting the execution of digital campaigns and seasonal offers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid E-Commerce skills, including marketplace management and online store operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns and listings.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills with a focus on driving online revenue and meeting targets.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, online marketplaces, and basic digital marketing tools is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools, and comfort working with reports and dashboards is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Kochi, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
