Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to manage daily online business operations, marketplace accounts, inventory, order processing, and ensure smooth coordination between different teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily e-commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Handle product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and inventory management.
- Monitor orders, dispatches, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track sales performance, order status, and operational reports.
- Ensure product information and stock availability are updated accurately.
- Identify operational issues and implement improvements.
- Monitor marketplace performance and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

Required Skills

- Experience in e-commerce operations .
- Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and inventory management systems.
- Positive Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
