Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dotnet Developer role based in the Greater Chennai Area.

The Dotnet

Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies to support healthcare revenue cycle and administrative workflows.

Responsibilities include implementing new features, fixing defects, optimizing application performance, and ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices.



The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and contributing to system integration and deployment. The developer will also help maintain documentation, support production systems, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming principles.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development using .NET Core.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC for building secure, scalable web applications.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and writing productive queries.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in healthcare or enterprise SaaS environments is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, on-site team setting.
