We are seeking a high-performing, result-driven Doctor Onboarding Manager (Medical Alliances & Doctor Relations) to expand and manage our doctor and clinic network across the city. In this role, you will conduct field visits to individual doctors, polyclinics, and medical centers to onboard medical professionals onto the App. You will educate doctors on TruDoc’s value proposition and build strategic alliances to drive patient referrals for Truvit’s home diagnostic blood tests, IV infusion therapies, and home nursing services.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- City-Wide Doctor & Clinic Onboarding: Map out top medical clusters, polyclinics, nursing homes, and private clinics across the city to pitch, register, and onboard medical practitioners onto the TruDoc App.
- App Demonstration & Platform Education: Conduct live product demonstrations of the TruDoc App to doctors and clinic staff, clearly explaining features, digital prescription workflows, test ordering, and referral tracking.
- Diagnostic & Home Care Referral Generation: Establish active referral pipelines by encouraging onboarded doctors to route patient requirements for diagnostic lab tests, home nursing care, IV infusion therapies, and health check packages through Truvit.
- Self-Generated Lead Pipeline & Network Expansion: Leverage past doctor databases, medical association networks, cold field visits,
and doctor-to-doctor referrals to aggressively grow Truvit’s physician network.
- Relationship Management & Doctor Retention: Act as the primary relationship manager for onboarded doctors, ensuring prompt resolution of clinical query escalations, sample collection feedback, and report turnaround time updates.
- Commission & Incentive Enablement: Transparently present and manage doctor/clinic partnership structures, revenue-sharing models, and referral terms in compliance with company policy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on field experience in doctor onboarding, physician relationship management, healthcare alliances, or medical representative (MR) sales roles.
- Preferred Background: Prior experience with diagnostic networks, health-tech doctor platforms, or pharma/healthcare organizations or major pharmaceutical/diagnostic firms that are based out in Hyderabad
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Track Record: Proven history of building robust physician networks, closing doctor partnerships, and driving business volume/referrals.
Key Competencies
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with doctors, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and clinic administrators.
- In-depth understanding of diagnostic test menus, IV therapy protocols, and home nursing workflows.
- Closing-oriented mindset with high comfort in daily field travel and cold-calling clinics.
- Strong technology adaptability to demonstrate mobile applications (TruDoc App) seamlessly.
