What You Will Own:

▸ End-to-end distribution strategy for Monarch AIF

▸ Build the distribution network from the ground up. Today it is zero. Tomorrow it will be your creation. Wealth managers, family offices, IFAs, private banks, NRI channels, GIFT City, institutional allocators.

▸ Manage and grow existing investor relationships. Our current investors came through trust. They stay because of performance. Your job is to deepen these relationships and turn every investor into a referral source.

▸ Drive new fund launches.

▸ Build a team under you. Hire, mentor, and scale a distribution team that mirrors your own hunger. Start lean. Scale with performance.

▸ Work directly with the CEO and Fund Manager.



No layers. No bureaucracy. You will sit with the decision makers, not report through them.

What You Bring:

▸ Minimum 8 years of experience in AIF, PMS, or wealth management distribution. You have done this before. You know the investors, the channels, the language, and the hustle.

▸ Post Graduate degree (MBA / PGDM). Non-negotiable.

▸ An existing network of HNIs, family offices, wealth managers, IFAs, private bankers, or institutional allocators. We are not hiring you to build relationships from scratch. We are hiring you because you already have them.

▸ Track record of raising capital. Not pitching capital.

▸ Deep understanding of AIF and PMS regulations, fee structures, taxation, and investor onboarding. You should be able to answer any investor question without looking it up.
