- Availability and monitoring of available DO to achieve ABP.
- Material should be dispatched as per mkt priority, financial arrangement.
- To impose penalty on transporters as per Terms and Condition of Contract.
- To open the station where truck is not placed from Open market.
- To maximize dispatches through containers in domestic market.
- To conduct reverse auction as and when required.
Critical Tasks
- Achievement of Dispatch target as per Annual Business Plan.
- Vehicle placement within 48 hrs of issuing shipment.
- Transit report form each Transporter.
- Develop recent reports through SAP system.
- Submission of bills from Logistics to GBS within 6 days of receipt of bills.
- ISO Documentation.
Decision making authority (Decisions expected) Disciplinary actions against incidents with wrong shipment person,
- Training interventions in sync with subordinates.

Educational Background And Work Experience
Diploma / B.SC / B.Com with 3-8 yrs. of experience in large manufacturing industry
