Job Title: Director of Food & Beverage/Manager

Location: Florida

Lead food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, restaurants, and special events.

Manage high-volume hospitality operations while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Oversee P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance.

Lead, coach, and develop large cross-functional teams and management staff.

Drive talent recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and retention.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, inventory, and operational costs.

Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Collaborate with hotel, entertainment, and other business stakeholders on events and operations.

Monitor service standards and continuously improve the overall guest experience.

Requirements: 10+ years of food & beverage/hospitality management experience, strong P&L; expertise, and proven leadership in high-volume operations.

Preferred: Experience managing multiple outlets and large teams in a hotel, casino, restaurant, or entertainment setting.
