Role Description The Director will provide strategic leadership for Excellence Financing Broker’s operations, ensuring that business objectives, client service standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met. This full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad involves overseeing day-to-day business activities, guiding senior team members, and aligning operational processes with organizational goals. The Director will develop and implement growth strategies, manage key client and banking partner relationships, and monitor performance metrics across product lines such as personal, business, mortgage, and auto finance.

Responsibilities include setting and reviewing policies, ensuring quality assurance, managing budgets and resources, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.



The Director will also collaborate with executive leadership on business development initiatives, market positioning, and risk management.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in financial services, brokerage, banking, or related industries, with a track record of managing teams and business operations.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills, including experience in market analysis, growth initiatives, and partnership management.
- Solid understanding of consumer and business financing products, credit evaluation, risk management, and regulatory compliance relevant to UAE or similar markets.
- Proficiency in relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication, including interaction with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort using data and KPIs to guide operational and strategic decisions.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and client-centric focus, with commitment to non-discriminatory and inclusive workplace practices.
- Experience working in or with UAE financial markets is an advantage; familiarity with regional banking products and regulations is beneficial.
