Role Description The Director role at TIS Labs Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Alappuzha. The Director will oversee overall business operations, drive strategic planning, and ensure successful delivery of virtualization, cloud, HPC, AI/ML, and networking projects. Daily responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing key customer accounts, coordinating with technology partners such as Dell, HPE, and Lenovo, and monitoring project performance against timelines and budgets.

The role involves setting service standards, developing go-to-market strategies, supporting presales and solution design, and guiding technical teams on complex infrastructure engagements.



The Director will also be responsible for building talent capabilities, enforcing compliance with company policies, and contributing to long-term growth and profitability.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership, people management, and stakeholder communication skills, with experience guiding cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Proficiency in infrastructure domains such as virtualization, high-performance computing, public and private cloud, AI/ML platforms, and data center solutions.
- Hands-on experience with networking, system integration, and enterprise IT architecture, including multi-vendor environments.
- Background in partner and vendor management, preferably with OEMs such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, or similar technology providers.
- Strategic planning and business development capabilities, including account management, presales support, and solution positioning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Several years of progressively responsible experience in IT infrastructure or related services, including prior experience in a senior leadership role.
- Ability to work on-site in Alappuzha and collaborate closely with clients, partners, and internal teams.
