Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Department: Quality Control (QC)

Experience: 2+ years

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Perform dimensional inspection of precision engineering components.
- Operate measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Perform CMM inspection, where applicable.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; symbols, tolerances, and specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
- Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and in-process/final inspections.
- Identify dimensional deviations and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
