Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Kolkata. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various online channels to strengthen brand awareness and support business objectives.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will manage social media presence, oversee content and promotions, monitor web analytics, and coordinate online marketing initiatives such as email campaigns and paid advertising.



The position also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with marketing plans and preparing performance reports with actionable insights. The specialist will stay updated on industry trends and recommend new tools or tactics to enhance digital visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Hands-on expertise in Social Media Marketing for brand building, engagement, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and user behavior.
- Effective Communication skills for creating clear messaging and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, and basic content creation or coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is an advantage.
