We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager – SEO Focused who can take ownership of our organic search strategy, improve Google rankings, increase relevant website traffic, and generate qualified B2B business enquiries.
This role is ideal for an experienced SEO professional who understands technical SEO, commercial search intent, service-based business growth, and performance-driven digital marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve Google rankings and organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent analysis, and keyword mapping.
- Manage technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and comprehensive website audits.
- Identify and resolve indexing, crawling, website architecture, internal linking, duplicate content, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Optimize existing service pages and develop SEO strategies for blogs, FAQs, and location-based landing pages.
- Implement structured data, schema markup, and ethical link-building strategies.
- Identify high-intent commercial keywords that can generate qualified enquiries.
2. Industry-Specific SEO Develop SEO strategies for our core regulatory compliance services, including:
- BIS Certification – ISI Mark, CRS and FMCS.
- EPR Registration – Plastic Waste, E-Waste and Battery Waste.
- FSSAI Registration and Licensing.
- Retail and Wholesale Drug License.
- Medical Device Licensing – MD-42 and other CDSCO-related services.
- LMPC Registration and Legal Metrology Compliance.
- Company Registration, LLP Registration and NGO Compliance.
- GACC Registration and other regulatory approval services.
3. Website Growth & Lead Generation
- Conduct a complete SEO audit of www.psrcompliance.com.
- Identify ranking opportunities and implement a structured SEO growth roadmap.
- Improve service-page relevance, content quality, website usability, and conversion rates.
- Increase qualified organic leads through enquiry forms, phone calls, and other website contact channels.
- Coordinate with website developers and content writers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Align SEO activities with the company's business and lead-generation objectives.
4. Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, clicks, impressions, CTR, and conversions.
- Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent tools.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and actionable growth plans.
- Track organic lead quality and recommend improvements based on performance data.
5. Digital Marketing & Team Coordination
- Understand Google Ads and Meta Ads and coordinate integrated digital marketing activities.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing team members.
- Manage SEO priorities, execution timelines, and performance reviews.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
- Proven ability to improve organic rankings, relevant website traffic, and qualified business enquiries.
- Practical knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and professional SEO tools.
- Understanding of website architecture, CMS platforms, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication,
and team coordination skills.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and evaluate SEO campaigns.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous SEO results and explain the strategies used.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONMBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, BBA, B.Tech, IT, or a related field will also be considered. Practical SEO expertise and a proven track record are essential.
PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCEPreference will be given to candidates from:
- Regulatory compliance and licensing consultancies.
- BIS certification, testing and inspection businesses.
- EPR, FSSAI, CDSCO and medical device licensing services.
- B2B consulting and corporate service providers.
- Industrial, manufacturing and technical certification businesses.
- SEO agencies with demonstrable experience in B2B lead generation.
Candidates with direct experience ranking regulatory compliance or certification service pages on Google will have a solid advantage. WHAT WE EXPECTWe need a hands-on SEO professional who can take ownership of organic growth and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The selected candidate should be capable of auditing our existing website, identifying quick wins, building a practical 3–6 month SEO roadmap, improving rankings for high-intent keywords, and increasing qualified organic enquiries.
Candidates should be prepared to discuss previous SEO projects and share relevant case studies, reports, or portfolio examples during the interview.
