Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement for Aarin hospitality services. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, overseeing online advertising, coordinating email and content marketing activities, and monitoring web analytics to track performance.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and general Marketing, with the ability to develop and execute integrated online campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to manage and grow engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with Lead Generation strategies and tools to attract, nurture, and convert prospects.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create clear, compelling digital content.
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Capacity to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
