Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns that promote PULL|factor’s learning and development initiatives.

This internship role involves assisting with social media content creation and scheduling, monitoring engagement, and recommending improvements based on performance.

The intern will help track and analyze web and campaign metrics, conduct basic market and audience research, and collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging.





This is an internship position based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing channels to support brand visibility and engagement.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and tools to assist in campaign planning and execution.
- Basic understanding of Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and suggest optimizations.
- Robust Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, to collaborate with team members and create audience-focused content.
- Interest in learning and development, with a willingness to upskill and adapt to new digital tools and approaches.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
