Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting ENCO’s digital presence and campaign execution across various online channels. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with social media content planning and posting, monitoring engagement, and helping to optimize campaigns for performance. The intern will support digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, online ads, and content updates, while learning to interpret web analytics and reporting dashboards.

This role also involves collaborating with internal teams,



conducting online research on trends and audience behavior, and contributing ideas to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with an eagerness to learn and apply best practices.
- Experience or coursework related to Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Basic understanding of Web Analytics tools and the ability to interpret key metrics to support campaign reporting.
- Transparent and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with teams and contributing to marketing materials.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
- Comfort with common digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and office productivity software).
- Interest in experiential marketing, brand activations, and creative storytelling is highly beneficial.
