Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & Growth Intern to support our online visibility, SEO activities, digital campaigns, audience engagement, and marketing performance tracking.

This role offers practical exposure to data-driven B2B digital marketing and structured marketing activities

Key Responsibilities

- Support organic digital marketing activities across approved channels.
- Assist with LinkedIn company-page content scheduling, distribution, and engagement monitoring.
- Conduct keyword research related to TAP’s services and target audiences.
- Support website SEO, including content optimization, metadata review, and page-level improvements.
- Research relevant industries, audience interests, and digital marketing opportunities.
- Track website traffic, engagement, clicks, inquiries, and campaign performance indicators.
- Prepare weekly or monthly digital marketing performance summaries.




- Support email marketing and approved lead-nurturing activities where appropriate.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Brand team to improve campaign distribution and effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

- Students or recent graduates interested in digital marketing, business, marketing analytics, or related areas.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, search engines, and digital content.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Interest in SEO, analytics, and campaign performance.
- Robust research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools.

Preferred: Exposure to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Analytics, SEO tools, or digital marketing coursework.
